How does one of Ultimate Resort’s best vacation club membership plans compare to other vacation club memberships and options such as timesharing, fractional ownership, whole ownership or luxury rental?

Ultimate’s best vacation club memberships were carefully developed to be much more affordable than any other luxury vacation club (yet offering equal or the best of benefits), while avoiding their shortcomings. “Whole ownership” of a second home is the most expensive and least flexible option and severely limits a family’s travel destination choices. The burdens and costs associated with second-home ownership include mortgage payments, taxes, insurance, maintenance and full responsibility for a property that will be used for only 30 days per year on average.
