| Ultimate Resort offers two distinct destination clubs, Ultimate Resort and Ultimate Resort ELITE. Both Clubs provide members with spectacular luxury residences in the world's most desirable locations, and the dedicated services of our Ultimate Concierges. The key distinction is in the real estate value of each club's homes. Ultimate Resort residences have an average value of $1.5 million, and Ultimate Resort ELITE residences have an average value of $3 million. This difference may be reflected in the home's size, finishes, and amenities, as well as in its proximity to the destination's most desirable attractions, such as the beach, golf course or slopes.
Both Clubs offer five tiers of membership plans based on the number of days of annual use. Most membership plans also include extended family privileges. Members of Ultimate Resort always have the option to upgrade their membership plan or upgrade to Ultimate Resort ELITE if they determine it better fits their lifestyle and needs.
With the announced $200 million merger with Private Escapes, pricing will be increasing by more than $25,000 per plan in the coming weeks. Here are the key advantages of Ultimate’s Lifetime Membership:
- Lifetime Membership can benefit you as the Club grows. All Lifetime Members can redeem their membership deposits for 80% of the then current membership fee. (For example, the current fee is $185,000. If you decide to redeem your membership after seven years when the fee is, say, $275,000, you would receive $220,000, a $35,000 gain on your original membership deposit.)
- Lifetime Membership gives you security. Your Lifetime Membership comes with a Membership Warranty that guarantees members’ deposits by placing properties in a Members Trust. Unique to Ultimate Resort, this Warranty is a cornerstone of the Club’s commitment to a secure financial model.
- Your Lifetime Membership and secured Warranty provide peace of mind. If at any time Ultimate Resort is unable to provide membership privileges as contracted, members will receive a pro-rata refund of their membership fee.
